This is a filter i have been using with good result.
Show stocks where volume is above 30000
and price is between .5 and 20
and rsi(5) is below 5
I find it best to look for low risk bottom patterns on the next day's hour chart before entry. This week did very well if you offset the date.

I found I got better results from rsi(5) < 5 then i did from rsi(2) < 1.
