Is there any way in SF to identify Red Volume bar from Green Volume Bar eg:

Show stocks where VolumeBar was Red 1 day ago
and VolumeBar is Green today
and volume > Volume 1 day ago
etc.

Why not just use the open and close values for the two days?

Exactly. Not hard if you spend some time trying to learn SF code. This was a very simple thing to do -
