How can I set up a filter for an outside bar? When I say outside bar I mean the current bar has a high that is higher than the high of the previous day and the current bar has a low that is lower than the low of the previous day.

Hi

Fetcher[
high > high 1 day ago and
low < low 1 day ago
and close > 1 and average volume > 200,000
]



Fetcher[
high > 2% above high 1 day ago and
low > 2% below low 1 day ago
and close > 1 and average volume > 200,000
]
